Today in Black History: July 23, 1962

Jackie Robison induction to the Baseball Hall of Fame Today, in 1962, Jackie Robinson was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame. In 1947, Jackie Robinson became the first African American to play baseball in the Major League. He was 28 years old when he entered the league. Robinson played 10 years with the Brooklyn Dodgers.
